Refund policy
In short
- Ask within 14 days of any payment, whether for a new subscription, a monthly or yearly renewal, or an added seat, and you get that payment back in full. You do not have to give a reason.
- Cancel whenever you like and no further payment is taken; the period you have paid for keeps working.
- Payments go through Paddle, our reseller, so Paddle sends the money back, to the card or account you paid with.
Try it before you pay
The Free plan has no time limit and needs no card, and a new organisation may be given Team free for 30 days. Nothing is charged for either, so there is nothing to refund. You can find out whether the timetable suits your close before any money changes hands.
When you get your money back
- A new subscription: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the first payment.
- A renewal, monthly or yearly: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal payment, for example if it renewed after you had stopped using the timetable.
- Seats: adding an editor or a sign-off seat during a period is charged for the rest of that period, and that charge is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of it. Removing a seat is credited against later bills, so nothing is paid twice.
If the service does not work as described and we cannot put it right, write to us whenever it happens. We will refund what is fair, outside the 14 days as well.
How to ask
Write to info@enyotechnologies.com from the address you used at checkout, and include the order number from Paddle’s receipt if you have it. You can also ask Paddle directly, through the link in the receipt email or at paddle.net.
Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid with, normally within 14 days of the refund being agreed. How soon it shows on your statement depends on your bank.
What a refund changes
A refunded subscription ends straight away. Your calendar is not deleted: it moves to the Free plan if it fits, and otherwise everybody can still read it, and only its administrators can change it, until it is subscribed again or made to fit. The terms describe this in section 6.
Your rights by law
This policy adds to your legal rights and never takes away from them. If you buy as a consumer in the EU, the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you have a right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, and wherever the law where you live gives you more, you have that.
We, and Paddle, may refuse a refund where there is evidence of fraud, or of the policy being used to get the service without paying for it, for example by subscribing and asking for a refund again and again.
