ENYOPeriod End Timetable

Terms of service

Last updated 30 October 2026

In short

1. Who we are

Period End Timetable is made and run by Tamás Halász, a private individual based in Hungary, under the name ENYO Technologies (“we”, “us”), at Egressy út 52–54, 1149 Budapest, Hungary. Write to info@enyotechnologies.com about anything in these terms.

These terms are the agreement between you and us for the website at timetable.enyotechnologies.com, the app, and the modules in its app menu (together, “the service”). Where the law gives you more rights than these terms do, the law wins. If these terms are ever translated, this English version is the one that counts.

2. Using the service

3. The plans

What each plan includes, and what it costs, is set out in the plans section of our website.

4. Paying, through Paddle

Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”), our online reseller and merchant of record. When you subscribe you buy from Paddle: Paddle takes the payment, charges any VAT or sales tax, issues the invoice, and handles billing questions and refunds. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the purchase, and these terms apply to your use of the service.

5. Cancelling and refunds

An administrator can cancel at any time in the app’s settings, under Card, invoices and cancelling. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and until then everything works as before. When a refund is due, and how to ask for one, is covered in the refund policy.

6. When a trial or a subscription ends

7. Your content

What you and your colleagues put into the service (your “content”: periods, tasks, notes, sign-offs, comments, leave records and the like) belongs to you or your organisation. You give us the permission we need to store it, copy it and show it to the people your organisation lets see it, and we use it for nothing else: not for advertising, not for sale, and not for anything other than running your timetable. You are responsible for having the right to put it in, including what it says about your colleagues.

8. Personal data we handle for your organisation

For the content, your organisation is the controller and we are its processor. This section is the data processing agreement that Article 28 of the GDPR requires, and it applies without anything further to sign.

9. Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, or put into it content you have no right to. Do not try to reach another organisation’s data, or probe or attack the service. If you think you have found a security problem, write to info@enyotechnologies.com. Test only with your own account, and stop once you have found it. Do not overload the service, scrape it with automated tools, share access outside your organisation, resell it, or copy or take it apart except where the law allows.

10. The service itself

11. Accounts nobody uses

An account or a calendar on the Free plan that nobody has used for twelve months is deleted, after two emails warning of it, thirty days and seven days before. Signing in at any time before then keeps everything. Accounts in a calendar that pays, or that is in its free trial, are never deleted this way. A sign-up whose email address is never confirmed is removed after seven days.

12. Closing an account, and suspension

13. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited. That includes liability for intentional or grossly negligent breach, for harm to life, body or health, and the rights consumers have by law.

Otherwise, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or for indirect loss. Our total liability in any twelve months is limited to what your organisation paid for the service in those twelve months, or 100 euros if that is more.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For a change that matters, we tell account holders by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you do not accept it, you may stop using the service and cancel, and we refund the unused part of any period already paid for. Smaller changes, such as clearer wording or something the law requires, take effect when they are published here.

15. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, and the courts of Hungary decide disputes about them. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there. Before any of that, write to us: most things are resolved faster that way.
